WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our "Arrive Alive" policy covers any death due to issues that may arise during shipping and for 7 days after you receive your shipment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All live sales will be shipped 2 day or next day air. All dry goods will ship ground unless other shipping is selected. Chillers larger than the TK-2000 will ship via freight
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship in the continental US
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Credit cards can be processed directly on the web site or through Paypal, You can also pay using most other methods through the Paypal website
HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?
Dobby's Aquatics does not save any personal information other than your name and address used on your invoice. Dobby's Aquatics does not process your payments, payments are processed by Paypal or through the Wix.com payment system.
